Australian Consulate General - Geneva

The Australian Consulate-General, Geneva can certify your documents and complete the DFAT Identity Certificate. As we will be verifying your ID, you are required to present in person. Please read the information below regarding verification of your identity and the services we can provide. 

‘Identifiers Certificates' or 'Verification of Identity Certificates'
The Consulate can complete the DFAT Identity Certificate for ID verification.  Notarial officers cannot complete any other verification of identity form (i.e. Westpac form). Please contact your receiving Australian representative and ask them if they will accept the DFAT Identity Certificate before visiting the Australian Consulate. If this does not meet their requirements then ask the receiving authority if they will accept verification for example having their form completed by a Swiss notary public.

More information on the most up-to-date monthly fees and payment methods can be found on the ‘FEES’ page of our website. Notarial service are provided on Fridays only. Please let us know your preferred day and time (morning/afternoon) so we can book the appointment.
